Full-Time
Prepare and ensure timely payments, including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and financial models; analyze and report variances to support management decision-making.
• Input data into computerized accounting systems.
• Responsible for the preparation of a full set of accounts and timely submission of monthly and yearly management accounts with audit schedules.
• Responsible for preparing consolidation accounts.
• Liaise with tax agents, external auditors, company secretaries, and bankers to ensure all queries are addressed promptly.
• Responsible for the computation and submission of tax returns and other tax-related matters.
• Ensure timely filing of auditors’ reports with relevant authorities, tax filings, annual returns, and other company compliance matters.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data.
• Maintain proper documentation and organized filing systems.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior management as required.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience handling full sets of accounts, with 3–5 years in the property development industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of INFOTECH Accounting System will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in the preparation of consolidation accounts will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Possess a pleasant, cooperative, and positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
