Key Responsibilities:

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The Project Manager coordinates teams, manages resources, communicates with stakeholders, and mitigates project risks to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

•  Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
•  Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
•  Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
•  Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
•  Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
•  Allocate resources efficiently and manage project costs.
•  Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates.
•  Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
•  Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
•  Conduct project reviews and prepare final project reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 year of working experience in Project Management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or property sector.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
