Job Description

• Prepare and ensure a timely payment including cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation.
• Input data into computerized accounting system.
• Responsible in preparation of full set of accounts and timely submission of monthly and yearly manageemnt accounts with audit schedules.
• Liase with tax agents, external auditors, company secretary and bankers. Ensure all queries are replied timely.
• Preparation and submission of tax estimate/revised tax estimate.
• Timely filing of auditor's report with relevant authorities, tax filing, annual return and any other compliance matters related to the companies.
• Ensure accuracy, competeness, timeliness, and data intergrity of all financial data.
• Ensure a proper documentation by proper organization of files.
• Ad-hoc task assigned by superior management as and when needed.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent.
• Preferrably 3 years of working experiences in Finance & Accounting in Construction/Property Development Industry.
• Required Skills : Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in INSOFT Accounting System will be added advantage.
• Able to work independently and having good problem-solving skill.
• Possess pleasent, co-operative, positive attitude with good team spirit and good communication skill.
