Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Part-Time Telemarketer to join our sales support team on a freelance basis. You will connect with prospective property buyers, introduce our projects, and arrange appointments for our sales team. Contact listings and an approved calling script will be provided your job is to bring the energy, professionalism, and persistence that turns calls into appointments and appointments into sales

This is a commission-driven role with genuine earning potential for someone who is target-oriented and consistent.

Responsibilities:

• Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day (weekdays) to prospective customers using contact listings provided by the Company 
• Arrange a minimum of 10 confirmed appointments per weekend (Saturday and Sunday) with prospective customers 
• Follow the approved calling script provided, maintaining a professional and courteous manner on every call 
• Submit a daily progress report covering call activities, follow-ups, and appointments arranged 
• Attend briefings or training sessions as reasonably required 
• Handle all customer information confidentially and in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) 
• Perform other reasonable telemarketing-related tasks as assigned

Remuneration Package

• Basic allowance: RM1,300 per month
• Attractive commission structure on closed sales attributable to your efforts

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or a call-centre environment is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills; fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Self-disciplined and able to work independently while meeting daily and weekend targets
• Own mobile phone/device and stable internet connection (if working remotely)
• Professional, courteous phone etiquette and a customer-first attitude
• Willing to work 7 days per week on a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends
