• Responsible for overall productivity of sewing.
• Responsible of reducing online rejection of sewing.
• Responsible for online training of new operator (train and guide staff for the improvement).
• Responsible for training multiskilling operator (replacement), follow up on slow worker to guide and train.
• Responsible for overall cleanliness and 5S implementation in the sewing line.
• Study on process recommend and coordinates on needed changes based on quality and productivity collaboration with R&D and Engineering.
• To study on quality improvement based on the 4M with QA section.
• Follow up closely on daily shipment with planning department to avoid fail delivery.
• Ensure all job live complete in system and tally physically using MES system.
• Involve in daily internal sewing audit for product audit and process audit.
• Customer audit support (to make sure all are according to correct flow).
• Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring for all line Supervisor.
• Weekly performance review with sewing team in term of productivity, quality, delivery, safety, and morale.
• To support any documentation needed by the Superior or Management.
• To do and complete task given by Head of Department/HOD.

• Minimum Degree in any field.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience preferably in the manufacturing industry with quality assurance or any related role.
• Knowledgeable in IATF 16949 and IS0 13485 certification.
• Able to work independently, committed, and capable in working as a team player.
• Good interpersonal, time management and communication skills
