Job Description
Lead and contribute to the research and development of innovative technologies, products, and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assists R&D department in product development, testing, process and method improvement.
- Support QA on technical related quality issue.
- Assists R&D department in VAVE or cost saving activities.
- Liaise with customer or other departmental personnel in achieving task given.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification (Mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related industry).
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in relevant technical skills and knowledge related to the specific field of research and development.
- Able to handle task assigned independently, innovative, creative, strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify technical challenges, and propose innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading and mentoring teams of industrial engineers.
