Job Description
Improve overall operation efficiency within organization
Responsibilities
- To identify weaknesses in current system and develop an effective. inter section/department/company processes and communication within Organization.
- To enhance and improve data integrity and integration of MES, WMS, MRP with ERP.
- Develop inter section/department/company SOP.
- Coordinate all departments to achieve the same Organization goals System.
- To introduce and implement Industry 4.0 to manufacturing.
- Lead Kaizen team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master in Industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing and business background.
- Proven track record with several years of experience in industrial engineering roles.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute long-term industrial engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in leading and mentoring teams of industrial engineers. Moreover, provide guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
