Internship Human Resources Administrator

Job Description

 As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to the following areas:

  • Assist in posting job ads and internship opportunities
  • Screen incoming resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Prepare interview materials and documents
  • Support planning and coordination of staff activities and events (e.g., staff day, festive celebrations, sports carnival, indoor team engagement, etc.)
  • Help prepare and design internal communication materials (e.g., posters, email announcements)
  • Update staff engagement records and feedback.
  • Assist in administrative tasks and other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor, including processing various types of manual claims.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, International Business, Business Administration, Business Studies or any related field.
  • Willingness to learn and proactive.
  • Computer literate especially in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English in a professional work setting.
