As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to the following areas:
Assist in posting job ads and internship opportunities
Screen incoming resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Prepare interview materials and documents
Support planning and coordination of staff activities and events (e.g., staff day, festive celebrations, sports carnival, indoor team engagement, etc.)
Help prepare and design internal communication materials (e.g., posters, email announcements)
Update staff engagement records and feedback.
Assist in administrative tasks and other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the supervisor, including processing various types of manual claims.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, International Business, Business Administration, Business Studies or any related field.
Willingness to learn and proactive.
Computer literate especially in MS Office applications.
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English in a professional work setting.
