Job Description
-Scriptwriting Bahasa Melayu Primary / Secondary School Workbook
-Prepare, rewrite and edit articles
-Proofread and finalize contents of the workbooks
-Oversee publication production processes which include the artwork, layout, typesetting and printing in ensuring adherence to the stipulated deadlines and budget requirements.
-Brainstorm, plan and execute the contents of publications according to the reader demographics and preference besides considering the publications style, editorial policy and publishing requirement.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Language Studies, Journalism, or Publishing is required, as well as a strong command of Bahasa Malaysia. - A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in publishing, with skills in editing, proofreading, and content strategy, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Strong focus on detail in grammar, spelling, and punctuation when editing and proofreading. - Proficient in MS Office and Adobe software.Skills
