Your Role & Responsibilities:

As an intern, you will gain exposure to our full range of services, supporting our consultants on real client projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting Hire Talent (Executive Recruitment & Search):

• Assisting with candidate sourcing and initial screening using our Striq AI platform.
• Preparing candidate profiles and interview summaries.
• Coordinating interview schedules between clients and candidates.

Supporting Improve Hiring (Training & Assessment):

• Helping to organize and coordinate PentagonPlus Academy training workshops and sessions.
• Preparing training materials, participant guides, and logistics.
• Assisting with the administration of RightMatch talent assessments and compiling reports.

Supporting Strengthen HR (Advisory & Managed Services):

• Helping with client onboarding and documentation for HR advisory projects.
• Supporting the team with research, data entry, and preparing presentations.
• Assisting with internal HR and administrative tasks to keep our projects running smoothly.

Job Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• A curious and proactive learner with a strong interest in HR, recruitment, or consulting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with AI tools or HR tech is a plus, but not required.

Internship Details:

Location: B-11-15 & 17, Prima Avenue, Jalan PJU 1/39, Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Duration: 3 to 6 months

Start Date: Immediate / October 2026
