Job Description

  •  Managing day-to-day company’s operating expenditures and operating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Assess the financial state of individuals, corporations, and other organizations
  • Prepare analysis / documents to managing director for Company performance review participate in improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve company goals
  • Assist superior on profitability analysis, internal and external presentations, issues tracking and management, investments and other key developments that require financial inputs.
  • Compile detailed financial reports using calculations, data, and other provided information
  • Analyze debt restructuring and refinancing options
  • Support development of accurate financial forecasts in line with business objectives and collected up-to-date performance indicators and stakeholders’ inputs.
  • Conduct first-level variance analyses of Profit & Loss, headcount, balance sheet and cashflow that transforms into financial information and business insights that aid in the business’s decision-making process
  • Review business budgets and improve their financial performance by providing business insights, risk analysis, identified opportunities, and financial advice

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting or relevant studies.
  • Min 3 years working experience, candidate with experience in financial analysis in commercial firms will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Able to think out of the box and provide advice to the sales team
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • High sense of urgency and agility
