Job Description

1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and support day-to-day communication (replying to briefs, following up, and keeping things moving) 
2. Understand client briefs and develop campaign proposals across events, activations, and creative ideas 
3. Help coordinate between clients and our internal creative and production teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations 
4. Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination across the full campaign process from ideation to sourcing and onsite execution  
5. Help coordinate event logistics for roadshows, product launches, annual dinners, exhibitions, and brand activations 

Job Requirements

1. 1–3 years of experience in an agency, events company or marketing role.  
2. Fresh grads with solid internship experience are welcome 
3. Can handle a few things at once without dropping the ball 
4. Good in English and BM; Mandarin is a bonus 
5. Comfortable putting together PowerPoint presentations for client proposals  
6. Knows your way around Microsoft Office. Canva or basic design tools are a plus!
