Sales Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Sales Exec / Senior Exec
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction with your clients. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
- Report directly to Sales Manager
- Conduct market research on properties
- Establishing contact and developing relationships with property owners and recommending the best solutions to maximize their property income
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities via connecting with developers, property agents, and property investors
- Communicate sales promotion to current and new customers, via flyers, emails, etc
- Develop new business via internet leads
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and progressions
- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams
