📍 Location: Hostel at Jalan Argyll, Georgetown, Penang

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage online booking platforms and property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email & OTA platforms
- Ensure smooth daily hostel operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance team
- Handle basic cashiering and daily reports
- Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with local information

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
