Job Description

 📍 Location: Hostel at Jalan Argyll, Georgetown, Penang
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures 
  • Manage online booking platforms and property management system 
  • Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email & OTA platforms
  • Ensure smooth daily hostel operations
  • Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance team
  • Handle basic cashiering and daily reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with local information

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field

  • Friendly, responsible, and able to work shifts
  • Basic computer skills

  • Experience in hostel / hotel operations
