Job Responsibilities:

Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
Manage online booking platforms and property management system
Respond to guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email & OTA platforms
Ensure smooth daily hostel operations
Coordinate with housekeeping & maintenance team
Handle basic cashiering and daily reports
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with local information

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality or related field
