Job Description

We are looking for a confident, friendly and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential property owners, introduce our renovation packages and arrange consultations for our sales and design team.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers using leads provided by the company.
• Introduce and explain our residential and commercial renovation packages.
• Understand each customer’s renovation needs, budget and preferred timeline.
• Arrange appointments for online consultations, on-site meetings and property viewings.
• Coordinate schedules and send appointment reminders to customers.
• Assist the sales or design team during online and on-site appointments when required.
• Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments and call outcomes.
• Build positive relationships with potential customers through professional communication.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls and confirmed appointments.

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new customers over the phone.
• Friendly, persuasive and customer-focused.
• Able to handle rejection positively and follow up consistently.
• Organised and capable of coordinating multiple appointments.
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office and WhatsApp skills.
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service or appointment setting is preferred.
• Experience in renovation, interior design, property or a related industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Able to attend online and on-site meetings when required.
