Job Description
This role focuses on market research, pricing analysis, procurement optimization, and basic customer service support. You will support management by turning market data, operational insights, and customer feedback into structured analysis and actionable recommendations.
This is primarily an analytical role, with simple CS backup support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily live pricing updates for homestay listings on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- Study market trends and competitor pricing
- Prepare comparison tables, reports, and analysis
- Assist with pricing adjustments and provide pricing recommendations
- Analyze booking and performance data to suggest strategies for improving occupancy and revenue
- Conduct market research on hardware, renovation materials, and related items
- Compare suppliers, products, and pricing to establish market benchmarks
- Support supplier sourcing, evaluation, and approved item listing
- Assist with procurement and cost optimization analysis
- Provide basic customer service backup support when required (simple enquiries, follow-ups, escalation)

Job Requirements

- Self-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to follow instructions, SOPs, and communication templates
- Good written and verbal communication skills for basic CS support
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and present findings clearly
