Job Description

 About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Intern to support the daily operations of our hostel. This role provides hands-on experience in guest handling, booking management, and real hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
  • Support handling of guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms
  • Assist in managing online bookings and system updates
  • Support daily hostel operations and ensure smooth guest experience
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance team
  • Assist with basic cashiering and daily reports
  • Provide guests with local information and recommendations

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Students or fresh graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

  • Able to work shift hours (including weekends/public holidays)
  • Basic computer skills
