About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Front Desk Intern to support the daily operations of our hostel. This role provides hands-on experience in guest handling, booking management, and real hospitality operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Support handling of guest inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms
- Assist in managing online bookings and system updates
- Support daily hostel operations and ensure smooth guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance team
- Assist with basic cashiering and daily reports
- Provide guests with local information and recommendations

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Students or fresh graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

- Basic computer skills
