About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Homestay Operations Intern to support the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. This role provides hands-on exposure to the hospitality and property management industry, including guest support, operations coordination, and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily homestay operations for short-term rental properties
- Support guest communication and booking coordination across online platforms
- Assist with check-in / check-out arrangements and guest support
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations team
- Help monitor property readiness and report issues when needed
- Assist with administrative work, reports, and internal documentation
- Support the team to ensure smooth guest experience and property operations
Job Requirements
- Students or fresh graduates in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Responsible, proactive, and able to multitask
- Interest in hospitality, property management, or short-term rental industry
