Job Description

 Key Responsibilities (On-Site & Operations Focus)

  • Conduct pre check-in inspections to ensure units are clean, fully set up, and guest-ready
  • Attend on-site guest check-ins (when required) and ensure smooth arrival experience
  • Monitor and ensure unit readiness daily, especially during high turnover periods
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping team on cleaning schedules and quality
  • Liaise with maintenance team to resolve defects, repairs, and urgent issues
  • Follow up on all reported issues until full resolution
  • Perform quality control checks on cleanliness, amenities, and overall presentation
  • Ensure all units meet company SOP and service standards
  • Handle on-site guest issues or complaints and provide immediate solutions
  • Support service recovery efforts to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Track and report unit conditions, damages, and missing items
  • Assist in maintaining proper inventory of supplies and amenities
  • Support daily operations planning, including unit turnover and readiness status
  • Identify recurring operational issues and suggest improvements

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided!)
  • Good communication skills (English required, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is a plus)
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and booking platforms
  • Responsible, responsive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work weekends / public holidays (Compulsory)
