As our On-Site Homestay Technician you will act as the backbone for on-ground operations, fixing issues quickly and making sure properties stay guest-ready.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Property Maintenance

• Perform routine and reactive repairs for plumbing, electrical systems, fixtures and equipment to keep rooms safe and functional.
• Handle interior painting, furniture touch-ups and upkeep to maintain a neat guest appearance.

On-Site Support

• Respond to on-site maintenance requests promptly and communicate status clearly to the internal team.
• Coordinate minor installations and prepare rooms between guest stays for smooth check-ins.

Safety & Inventory

• Follow and enforce safety standards while using tools and performing hard labor tasks on site.
• Keep maintenance supplies and small equipment organised, track stock levels and request replenishment when needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in property maintenance, homestay or similar on-ground role.
• Ability to work on-site at homestay locations with flexible hours and readiness for physical tasks.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven skills in equipment repair, plumbing repair, electrical diagnostics and facility repair and maintenance.
• Practical experience with interior painting, basic carpentry and use of common maintenance tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Detail Oriented and task management focused to ensure rooms meet guest expectations.
• Team Oriented with clear communication, punctuality and respect for guest privacy.
