Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Staff for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, managing financial transactions, and providing accurate financial information to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. 
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts. 
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. 
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting. 
• Prepare tax filings and support tax compliance activities. 
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and internal controls. 
• Support internal and external audits. 
• Analyze financial data and provide reports to management.

Job Requirements

 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. 
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel. 
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
