Job Description

 We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR & Administration to lead our human resources and administrative functions. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and office administration to support organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives. 
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives. 
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs. 
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and appraisals. 
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. 
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. 
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations and disciplinary matters. 
  • Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities. 
  • Monitor workforce planning and succession planning activities. 
  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management. 

Administration

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and workplace services. 
  • Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures. 
  • Manage vendor relationships and administrative budgets. 
  • Ensure efficient operation of office facilities, equipment, and support services. 
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and corporate activities. 
  • Oversee document management and record-keeping systems. 
  • Support business continuity and workplace safety initiatives.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. 
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development. 
  • Experience leading both HR and administrative functions. 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
  • Experience with HRIS and HR management systems. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
