Job Description

We are looking for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join our project team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate should be able to handle Quantity Surveying responsibilities. 

Quantity Surveying
✅ Quantity take-off & BQ preparation
✅ Cost estimation & tender preparation
✅ Prepare progress claims & valuations
✅ Monitor project costs & budgets
✅ Handle variations, claims & final accounts
✅ Evaluate subcontractor & supplier quotations
✅ Conduct site measurements

Job Requirements

 Requirements:
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
📌 1–3 years’ relevant construction experience
💻 Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & QS software
📊 Strong knowledge of measurement, costing & contracts
🤝 Good negotiation, analytical & communication skills
🏗️ Willing to work at construction sites 

 📍 Must be willing to be based in Johor Bahru
