Job Description

• Collaborate in the sourcing and recruitment of frontline workers (warehouse staff)
• Strong organisational ability and the ability to oversee the end to end HR process
• Ensure the correct processing of all payroll requests
• Ensure legal compliance with local labor, immigration and health laws of all our employees.
• Assist in all situations (claims, requests, audits) for and by local labor, social security, and any other authorities pertaining to employment.
• Ability to budget and resource allocate while setting up the company’s HR framework
• Ability to execute the border human resources framework that will Pro-actively scan and diagnose organisational needs and proactively provide solutions and proposals

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of People operations/HR management experience
• Proven capability and acumen in business, organisation and talent
• Self-starter, motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Highly detailed and meticulous
• Strong reasoning, critical thinking required
• Must be results oriented with a focus on execution and delivery

• A Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Human Resources Management, Human Resources and Organisational structures or equivalent. Master’s degree would be preferable.

• Microsoft Office using data to drive business decisions through heavy analytics
• Supported senior leaders in a highly matrix environment
• Implemented and utilized HR management systems
