<p><strong><em>Job Description</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supervising daily payroll activities to ensure smooth execution by meeting quality and customer service indicators and accomplishing Service Level Agreements.</li>
<li>Monitors payroll schedules to ensure payrolls are allocated and processed on time.</li>
<li>Review and analyze data integration error and work with Onshore, IT or bank to resolve the issues on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Review and report for both Fixed pay and T&amp;M wages transactions.</li>
<li>Monitors Group email accounts to ensure responsiveness to customers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Escalation point of first level support in resolution of payroll critical issues.</li>
<li>Ensuring customers are provided feedback in appropriate response timeframes in relation to payroll queries.</li>
<li>Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Payroll processes and train the team on all the processes transition to Malaysia.</li>
<li>Develop and ensure the Standard Operating Procedure is up to date and applied by the team.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to Customer's policy and procedure and their country regulations, including JSOX.</li>
</ul>


This job is a Payroll Team Lead position.
