Job Description

  • Monthly payroll processing (assigned based on experience) 
  • Monthly closing and accounting tasks (assigned based on experience) 
  • Payment support and coordination 
  • Handling certification-related inquiries (e.g., SIRIM) 
  • Purchase order (PO) processing 
  • Shipment follow-up (daily tracking and coordination with relevant parties) 
  • Daily expense recording and management 
  • Sales support tasks (POP creation, printing, demo preparation, etc.) 
  • Procurement support (sales materials and office supplies) 
  • HR-related coordination and serving as an internal point of contact 

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/or office administrative roles 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Experience working as a sole contributor is an advantage 
  • Able to work fully on-site at Bandar Puteri, Puchong
