Job Description

• Support project procurement, sales, productivity, and profitability to help the company achieve its objectives.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships and partnerships with key target clients.
• Serve as the intermediary contact among developers, the company, and agents regarding project updates.
• Design project training programs as needed.
• Facilitate ongoing training sessions for both new and existing agents.
• Create, prepare, and coordinate presentations and proposals for current or potential clients.
