Job Purpose

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across the APAC region. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, positioning cloud solutions aligned with customer needs, and building long-term customer partnerships while consistently achieving sales targets.

This Role Is NOT for Order-Takers.

This is a pure hunter role for driven Cloud or SaaS sales professionals who live for closing deals, opening new markets, and owning revenue across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across targeted industries within the APAC region.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales, renewal, and revenue targets.
  • Conduct consultative, solution-based selling by understanding client requirements and proposing tailored cloud solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention, upsell, and account growth.
  • Support lead generation initiative, sales campaigns, and customer engagement activities to expand the sales pipeline.
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to enhance go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of relevant sales or business development experience, preferably within the cloud or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen, self-driven mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong hunter mindset — you’re comfortable opening doors and driving deals end-to-end.
  • Solid understanding of cloud solutions, SaaS models, and enterprise buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to support regional clients effectively.
