Job Description
- Assist with daily operations to guarantee high-quality service and prompt product delivery to customers
- Receive and unpack customer orders, while accurately recording and storing spectacles and lenses in designated areas
- Assess incoming frames for Quality Control (QC), utilizing CCTV verification and tracking via internal recording systems
- Execute processing of customer orders pertaining to Cut, Edge & Fit services
- Assist customers by managing inquiries and professionally resolving conflicts
- Communicate with customers about edging defects and facilitate re-orders
- Complete required documentation, data entry, and operational forms
- Support the Customer Service Team Lead in executing designated operational tasks
- Identify opportunities for improvement and work alongside team members on operational advancements
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Job Requirements
- Minimum qualification of SPM or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in customer service
