Job Description

• Manage customer orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure order fulfillment.
• Deliver regular reports to relevant company managers and customers regarding accomplishments and improvement strategies for addressing existing deficiencies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to arrange shipments and prepare necessary documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Create delivery orders for finished products to be sent to customers.
• Organize delivery schedules for the warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• A diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a metal or plastic injection setting is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Possesses a positive attitude, is proactive, has high integrity, and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
