Job Description

 Responsibilities & Tasks:
1. Banking & Payment Operations

  • Execute vendor payments, inter-company transfers, loan repayments, and reconciliations in strict compliance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with banks and internal teams regarding transactions, signatories, and banking arrangements.
  • Manage tasks related to the General Ledger (GL)
  1. Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Track daily cash positions and generate regular cash flow reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
  • Ensure adequate funding for operational and capital requirements.
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations and address any discrepancies.
  1. Treasury Reporting & Analysis
  • Create and evaluate treasury reports for management review.
  • Assist with cash flow projections, budgeting, and trend assessments.
  1. Credit Control & Order Line Management
  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits in accordance with company policies.
  • Supervise credit utilization, control order releases, and assess blocked sales orders due to limit breaches or overdue accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on collections, and keep credit-related documentation ready for audits.
  1. Compliance & Controls
  • Ensure treasury procedures align with internal guidelines and banking regulations.
  • Maintain precise, audit-ready documentation for all treasury activities.
  1. Support & Projects
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams, digital initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Engage in miscellaneous treasury/finance projects as needed.
  • Adhere to QHSE, Food Safety Management System, Responsible Care Program, and Energy Management System; ensure safe working conditions and report any incidents or near misses.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in oil refining or oleochemicals.
  • Practical experience in treasury operations, cash management (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable), and credit control.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of meeting deadlines, and adept at collaborating within a team.
