Job Description

Job Purpose

The HR Executive will assist in daily Human Resources functions, concentrating on coordinating recruitment efforts, managing the employee lifecycle, overseeing training operations, and enhancing HR processes. This position collaborates closely with management to ensure effective HR operations and adherence to company policies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment processes, which include scheduling interviews and organizing onboarding logistics.
  • Draft employment documents such as offer letters, contracts, and confirmation letters.
  • Facilitate the reporting-to-work process and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Manage the employee confirmation procedures.
  • Oversee the offboarding process and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate training administration for staff following company guidelines.
  • Administer HRDC grants and claims.
  • Keep training records current and accurate.
  • Organize and maintain employees’ personal files and personnel records.
  • Implement HR improvement strategies to optimize workflow and processes.
  • Undertake additional tasks as delegated by management.
     

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector
  • Proficient in computer usage and skilled in Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiarity with digital tools like Microsoft Forms, Excel, Canva, Power Automate, or fundamental AI technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively engaging with employees at all levels
