Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. 
  • Understand client objectives and expected outcomes, and tailor solutions and proposals to deliver maximum value. 
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain client relationships, drive retention and contract renewals, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. 
  • Prepare regular performance reports for the management team. 

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in any relevant field
  • 2-3 years of prior client-facing work experience 
  • Professional communication skills to facilitate B2B negotiations 
  • Data analysis skills 
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking ability with a high-level (bird’s-eye) perspective
