Job Description

• The Marketing Executive will assist with marketing efforts for F&B franchise brands throughout the Southeast Asia region. 
• This role emphasizes product development support, execution of regional marketing strategies, and brand management, collaborating closely with internal teams and franchise partners to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
• Contribute to the creation of new product ideas by collecting market data and evaluating consumer preferences in each country.
• Assist in the implementation of both monthly and annual regional marketing and promotional strategies.
• Help uphold and enforce brand standards to ensure uniform brand representation throughout Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate with franchise owners to supply marketing materials, promotional resources, and campaign assistance.
• Gather and evaluate sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to generate actionable insights.
• Work together with HQ teams and local partners (distributors, operations, product development, design) to facilitate regional initiatives.
• Help oversee the regional marketing budget and monitor return on investment (ROI).
• Support the rollout of regional branding strategies and initiatives to enhance market presence.

Job Requirements

• Degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
• 2-3 years of marketing experience, including brand support or product coordination, preferably in F&B, retail, or franchise sectors
• Fundamental knowledge of consumer trends and markets in Southeast Asia
• Experience collaborating with various markets or franchise partners is a plus
• Exceptional coordination and execution skills with a strong focus on detail
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Capability to collaborate effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
