Job Description

1. Client Management & Sales Activities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients 
• Accompany distributors on client visits across Malaysia 
• Negotiate with clients on product placement, pricing, discounts, product assortment, and new product launches 

2. Distributor Training & Support

• Visit distributor offices to provide product training 
• Educate distributors on product features and effective sales approaches 
• Support distributors in improving their sales capabilities 

3. Reporting & Market Analysis

• Work closely with the Japanese Director 
• Conduct market research and provide insights 
• Prepare and submit weekly reports as required 

4. Business Travel

• Travel across Malaysia as needed, as products are distributed nationwide 

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in sales, distributor management, or B2B business 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Willingness to travel frequently within Malaysia 
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment 
• Proficiency in Excel (data processing) 

Preferred Experience (Advantage):

• Experience in IT or electronics product sales is highly preferred 
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware or consumer electronics 
• Experience in distributor/channel sales is a strong advantage
