<li>To ensure timely entry of sales orders into the system, adhering to Navision standards (including accurate item card, part number, quantity, revision, date, price, and shipping location).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To input at least the current month and a three-month forecast of demand into the ERP system, taking into account material and production lead times to reduce risk and liability.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To coordinate with customers to provide a shipment demand plan.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To clearly define the cut-off for ECN implementation in sales orders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>To communicate with customers regarding daily operational issues.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Acknowledge receipt of customer purchase orders and confirm back to the customer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assess purchase orders for compliance with Navision standards, including selling price, revision, quantity, incoterms, delivery date, payment terms, and currency before entering them into the system.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Consult with planners on the feasibility of requested delivery dates and suggest alternatives if necessary.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create a shipment demand plan following discussions with the customer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Receive and request forecasts from customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Evaluate forecast accuracy against actual sales data.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Report the findings to the relevant Sales &amp; Marketing and Material department heads.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Review forecast accuracy with the customer.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Sales &amp; Marketing to understand and prioritize customer needs.</li>
</ul>
