We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Singapore Support Team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our clients' needs.

What You'll Do:
• Source potential candidates through various job portals, search and networking.
• Perform cold calling and phone screening to assess candidates' suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates. Keep all candidates informed on the outcome.
• Maintain complete candidate and client information in the database system and generate reports as needed.
• Ensuring all information is kept up to date.

Job Requirements

What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; training will be provided.
• Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences or HR internship will be an added advantage.
• Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
• Good communication and influencing/ interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent organizing, time management, communication, and people skills.
