Job Description
- Sales & Business Development
Manage existing accounts and develop new customers, promoting industrial products such as motors and automation components. - Technical Support & Pre-Sales Activities
Provide product consultation, technical support, and conduct product training and presentations for customers. - After-Sales Service
Handle technical troubleshooting, customer support, and ensure smooth post-purchase service. - Client Management & Reporting
Maintain customer database, update system records, prepare sales reports, and follow up on payments. - Sales & Marketing Coordination
Support marketing events, coordinate with internal teams and technical experts, and assist in product customization when required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages will be an advantage
- 1-2 years of work experience in mechanical, electrical, or automotive industries is preferred
