Job Description
• Lead and manage the fulfilment team, including training, daily guidance, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, and returns to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
• Utilize e-commerce platforms and warehouse systems (e.g. e-Omni or similar) to support and optimize operations.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage inventory control, returns processing, and stock discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, and conduct regular safety briefings or training to maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost-saving opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior based on operational needs.
Job Requirements
• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or e-commerce fulfillment operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership position. • Practical experience in picking, packing, shipping, handling returns, and managing inventory control processes. • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), or order management systems (experience with e-Omni or similar systems is a plus). • Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and the ability to implement safety protocols effectively. • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in a dynamic work environment. • Proficient in basic reporting and coordination using Excel or comparable tools. • Capable of working autonomously, taking responsibility for operations, and adapting to evolving business requirements.Skills
