Job Description

 Job Responsibilities (Mainly on Account Receivable):
- Drive operational data collection and costing project activities.
- Report timely variance analysis and action plan to address the variance gap.
- Conduct project review with Cost Centre Managers to report cost and benefit analysis by product, and cost control activities.
- Initiate realignment and improvement in accounting system and inventory procedures to support costing project.
- Handle inventory cost review.
- Prepare and review capital investment to assess payback period.
- Responsible for daily accounts recording functions.
- Assist in overall filing of accounts related documents and maintenance of records.
- To ensure the accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, journal and general ledger functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner.
- To prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents.
- To carry out daily collection and issuance of official receipts, bank-in and collection report.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement & Qualifications:
1. Minimum Diploma OR Degree in Accounting or related qualification.
2. Open for fresh graduates!
3. Good command in English & Mandarin.
