Job Description

Human Resources and General Affairs

  • Support attendance management and payroll processing in coordination with local HR staff.
  • Maintain and update internal regulations and work rules; handle employee notifications and procedures.
  • Assist with recruitment activities (creating job postings, managing applications, coordinating interviews).
  • Support internal events, CSR activities, and employee welfare programs.
  • Handle visa and work permit documentation for foreign employees.
  • Provide administrative support for safety, health, and EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) activities.

Liaison with Japan Headquarters

  • Prepare reports and documents for headquarters, including Japanese-English translation.
  • Assist with visits from headquarters, including hosting and meeting interpretation as needed.
  • Support Japanese expatriates with housing, daily life, and administrative procedures.
  • Organize Japanese documents, translate materials into English, and facilitate internal communication.

Department Head Support

  • Prepare materials and take minutes for meetings.
  • Coordinate and liaise with multiple departments such as HR, Legal, Finance, and Manufacturing.

Job Requirements

  • Business-level Japanese (native or equivalent to JLPT N1/N2).
  • English: Able to communicate effectively in work-related conversations and internal communications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
