Job Description

 We are seeking to hire a Beauty Advisor for a professional Japanese haircare brand that are exclusive to authorized hair salons! 

This job will involve maintaining strong relationships with hair salons, understanding their challenges and providing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Salon Partnership & Business Support

• Regularly visit authorized salons to understand challenges in management, customer service, or retail
• Offer customized solutions to improve operations
• Support with product planning, menu design, and in-salon promotions

Value Delivery

• Rather than simply selling products, help salons implement the company's offerings effectively.
• They co-create retail strategies and staff training plans so salons can deliver visible results to clients.

Collaboration with Edcators

• Work closely with hair product Educators to provide both business and technical support.
• This two-person team system enables the company to offer comprehensive salon consulting.

Feedback Loop to Research & Development

• Collect valuable insights from salons and share them with product development teams.
• This creates a direct link between salon needs and future innovation.

Others

• Coordinate seminars, events and beauty shows as required.
• Domestic travel once a month (2-3 days to Penang/JB/Melaka)

Job Requirements

• SPM or above
• Strong interest in beauty and haircare
• Experience in beauty industry is an advantage
• Must possess own transport
