Job Description

 

  • Source new business leads and build good relationships with new client prospects
  • Introduce, present and sell training solutions on personal effectiveness, change management, organizational leadership and communication skills to client organizations in Malaysia and Brunei
  • Interact with clients to assess and understand their human capital development needs, and match those needs with the solutions they offer
  • Make calls to schedule appointments with prospects
  • Hold business conversations with clients over the phone and face-to-face
  • Support client organizations through the HRDF process to claim for their training expenses

Job Requirements

  •  Experience in B2B sales OR selling service
  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Good Analytical skills, initiative, responsible, detail orientated and able to work independently.
  • A desire to pursue a rewarding career in sales.
