Job Description

This position as a CAD Operator involves using in-house CAD software to create architectural and structural drawings for prefabricated housing systems. You will work based on hand-drawn sketches provided by design teams from various branches in Japan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Draft technical drawings using CAD software based on specifications from project managers in Japan.
• Remain professional when receiving feedback, and implement required revisions within the designated timeline.
• Maintain accurate records and manage drawing archives.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Distribute completed drawings to internal departments and external contractors.
• Keep both online and offline records of daily activities.

Note: Design specifications and systems are written in Japanese. Communication with the Japan-based team will primarily be in Japanese.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction-related fields.
• Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher).
• Any work experience, including internships.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
