Job Description

• Handle overall accounting operations, including audit coordination, process management, monthly reporting, journal entry review and approval, workflow improvements, cash flow monitoring, payment and collection management, and daily accounting tasks.
• Independently prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local accounting standards.
• Handle HR and administrative tasks as assigned, such as recruitment support, meeting arrangements, and payroll processing.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or Level 2 Bookkeeping Certification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years experience in full-set accounting.
• Minimum 3 years experience managing audits and liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Proficient in ERP/SAP systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and the ability to create financial reports independently.
• Language proficiency: English and Mandarin required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers; Japanese is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple subsidiaries or branch offices is preferred.
• Proactive mindset with a strong interest in continuous improvement and skill development.
