Job Description
1. Recruitment
- Analyzing and liaise with department person in-charge on the needed manpower and related requirements.
- creating job descriptions and planning for postings online via multiple career platforms, channels and other media
- expand and source for other sourcing resources.
- coordinate and attend career fair for recruitment and branding purposes. - Pre-screening and shortlisting applicants
- Arrange and coordinate interview. - prepare and handling the necessary for employment offering, onboarding, orientation etc.
2. Foreign Worker Management
- Handling and coordinating all admin documents or procedures of foreign workers. E.g. permit renewal, COM, passport renewal
- Dealing with agencies and local authorities to submit the required documentation. - Monitor and check attendance of FW closely.
- Handle FW payroll calculation and payout matters
- Ensure the onboarding procedures are handled properly, including making arrangements to pick up foreign workers from the airport upon their arrival, conducting briefings on safety and Malaysian culture, and handling medical check-ups, setting bank accounts, etc.
- Ensure that the basic needs of foreign employees, such as accommodation, basic amenities, transportation, and healthcare, are meet by working with all relevant parties both internally and externally.
- Assist the managers resolve any disciplinary matters or complaints from foreign workers.
- handle and coordinate any emergency case like accident, injury, sickness of workers.
3. Assisting in other HR and admin related task as per assign from time to time.
