Job Title: HR Executive – Manufacturing

Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor
Reporting To: Senior HR Manager / HR Director
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR department in the manufacturing sector. You will assist in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and HR administrative tasks. This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives in recruitment, staff engagement, training, employee relations, and welfare.
• Support payroll administration and related matters.
• Handle recruitment processes for various levels of staff.
• Assist in managing staff grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries when required.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Provide support in CSER-related audits and reporting.
• Maintain HR records and generate relevant HR reports.
• Coordinate training, benefits programs, and other employee development initiatives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with payroll, recruitment, and HR administrative processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of management.
