Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests.
  • Track important project progress, collect and organize information.
  • Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data.
  • Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies.
  • Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, coordinating with relevant departments for reviews.
  • Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments.
  • Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents.
  • Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor production, shipping, and on-site supervision.
  • Maintain customer records and manage adjustments such as price changes and amendments.
  • Issuing Quotation, getting PO and chasing for invoice from the client as well as the product like the duration of manufacturing, delivery of product, and others.
  • Cost analysis, from getting PO from client to send order to production and know the deadline and follow up with clients on the shipment.
  • Get the invoice prepared and send to finance.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Executive in a similar role.
  • Welcome fresh graduate to apply
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data.
