Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide warm, professional service that aligns with company standards.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and minor customer concerns with care and efficiency.

Product Handling & Merchandising

• Tag, display, and rotate merchandise in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support the receiving and stocking of new resale items.
• Ensure all products are well-presented and properly protected in-store.

POS & Cashiering

• Operate the POS system to process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
• Accurately handle various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital wallets.
• Assist with gift wrapping, issuing receipts, and completing tax-free documentation when applicable.

Team Support

• Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily sales goals.
• Participate in inventory counts, store meetings, and promotional events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, consignment, or a fashion boutique preferred.
• Strong knowledge of designer brands and a keen eye for style.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on store presentation and product care.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
