Allowances including Fixed Transport, Fixed Management Allowance & Variable Attendance Allowance (Up to RM 2,200 a month)

津贴包括固定交通津贴、固定管理津贴及浮动出勤津贴（每月最高可达 RM2,200）。

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service quality.
• Manage and train store staff, organize schedules, and improve team performance.
• Oversee food preparation processes to ensure consistent quality, safety, and standards.
• Handle store expenses, inventory management, and cost control.
• Address customer complaints and emergencies, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Participate in handmade dumpling preparation (training provided, no experience required) and fill in for staff on leave when necessary.

职责：

• 负责门店的日常运营，确保工作流程顺畅及服务质量达标。
• 管理并培训门店员工，安排班表，提升团队整体表现。
• 监督食品制作流程，确保品质一致、安全及符合标准。
• 负责门店开支、库存管理及成本控制。
• 处理顾客投诉及突发情况，维持良好的顾客满意度。
• 参与手工饺子的制作（提供培训，无需经验），并在员工请假时进行支援与替补。 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Minimum education of SPM or high school leavers.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience as a manager/supervisor in the F&B line
3. Able to reach the location for work (Jalan Radin Bagus, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL)
4. Able to work 6 days per week with rotational shift between 9AM - 10PM (9 hours per day)
5. Good speaking skills in English & Mandarin

工作要求：

1. 最低学历为 SPM 或高中毕业。
2. 在餐饮（F&B）行业担任经理或主管至少 2–3 年相关工作经验。
3. 能够前往工作地点上班（Jalan Radin Bagus, Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL）。
4. 可每周工作 6 天，并能轮班（每天 9 小时，工作时间为 9AM 至 10PM）。
5. 具备良好的英语及华语沟通能力。
